problems with 92 22re.

Hi i just bought my first toyota. Its a 92 toyota pickup 4x4 22re. My problem is once it warms up it doesnt fire on cylinder #3. I pulled the plugs and cylinder 3 plug had alot of white build up on it and the gap was actually closed with buildup. So i replaced the plugs the distributor cap and rotor and its still not firing on cylinder #3 once it warms up. All the other plugs looked fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what to try or look at next? Thanks

I did a compression check and all the cylinders were right around 150 psi, the plug is wet with gas, all the plugs are gapped at 35, any ideas?
