No pedal pressure after clutch replacement

Hello, searched everywhere for this answer cant seem to find it. 2005 toyota corolla, I replaced the clutch with a kupp center-force, put the thing together and had no clutch pressure at the pedal. Come to find out that was not the right size disk, though it did fit. I got another disk from Luk, straight from napa put it together and still no pressure. I can only put the clutch in one way, the throw out bearing is greased and sitting correctly on the shaft and fork. The slave cylinder and other hydraulic lines were never touched upon removal, i simply unbolted and moved aside. I even bleed the slave cyl just to see if i could build up pressure and nothing. Any ideas?? i need this fixed by the weekend!!

Red face

Did you compare the old clutch parts with the new??

Wrong clutch release bearing??

Did you knock the Fork off the pivot ball Installing the transmission??

Are the hydraulics working like they should??

Just why did you replace the clutch??

I did compare the parts, they are identical. I was replacing it because it was slipping. The clutch fork doesn't seem to be off, and the release bearing is on. I just dont understand it. When i put it together the first time it was the same deal.

Hole or break in a line? I had a steel line break on me one time while driving down the interstate In 5th gear haha. Had to run some stop signs so I could make it to a parking lot still in 5th gear going like 5mph.

I think it has to do with the clutch fork or pressure plate since i never undid any hydraulic lines. Anyone have experience with corolla transmissions having this issue? or do they have to be put in a certain way? Ive done multiple clutch jobs before on trucks just never cars.
