can i put the two case together

can i just bolt two VF1A with Chain,Top shifter, and 23 spline t-cases between the tranny and the back plate

No.

To do duals, you need a V6 adapter, a gear drive reduction unit, and either a traditiional doubler adapter, or the new MC10 chain drive adapter
