94 4runner ifs bound after ome lift
So I recently lifted my 94 4runner using old man emu torsion bar and shocks. Now my front end is fully extended? Anyway the shocks are not absorbing at all. the suspension seems to be bound up. torqued the torsion bars till the front was the same height as the rear. not sure whats goin on. Any help?

That's what balljoint spacers are for. Put in a set of those and relax the you Tbars. I doubt that it is actually bound up but the hd torsion bars cranked to max will put your front suspension under tremendous torque which means a higher spring rate and stiffer ride. At that point the geometry of your control arms nearly vertical as well which transfers a lot more shock to the vehicle rather than absorbing it in the horizontal position that is stock.

what is your current height after the lift? looking for the measurement from center of your axle to the bottom of fender lip? stock is something close to around 20".
OME t-bars are designed for extra weight up front or overlanding with a fully loaded rig - so if you don't have a winch+bumper up front, you will notice a significantly stiffer ride due to their spring rate. I have OME lift on my truck and chose not to get the t-bars because of this stiffer ride. My ride height is 22.5" from center axle to bottom of fender F/R. Actually, because I added a little bit of front lift on stock t-bars with my 1.5" bj spacers (~1" t-bar lift) - I removed the front swaybar because of how stiff it was afterward. Ride was much better afterward, so the swaybar's been off for the past 4yrs.
BJ spacers should help allow you to relax the t-bars a little bit and gain some articulation again. You can buy BJ spacers from 4crawler, SDORI, and many other places. Removing the front swaybar is up to you...on a truck it's not really a big deal, but on a 4runner you'll have more body roll because of the higher COG and coil rear suspension vs leafs. Some do it and say it's ok, it's up to you.

Yeah I'm running my 4Runner without the sway bar as well now with the stock Tbars. I have 1.5" ball joint spacers and cranked the Tbars to level with the rear springs which are the OME hd springs. They will settle in a little after a year or so. You need to watch binding your cv joints at full suspension droop or strap your control arm so that you can't get to full droop. I put a 1" diff drop kit in but it only pivots it down in the back. I am currently working on a new crossmember that will replace the front crossmember and drop the diff in the front 1" to relieve the cv angle.
