TOYTECLIFT rear coil better than OME ???

Hi,

In TOYTECLIFT.COM says their rear coil "super flex" travels 2" higher than OME 895 coils , and itīs not stiffer than OME.

Itīs real?? experinces? opinions?

They sell the OME MEDIUM KIT byt they change the real coils and uses OME N71E SHOCKS and not OME N140S shocks ??? WHY this shocks??

If their springs really produce more travel, they are using the N71E shocks b/c they are longer than the N140s.

I'd stay away from Toytec

These are copied from a TTORA thread: http://ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2367&page=3
Post #s 74 & 145

#74 I had a bad experience with Toytec. The 550lb springs on the Toytec coilovers were warping in towards the shock body til it looked like they might rub, so Doug sent replacement springs, which I changed out. Same thing happened again, so he ask me to send them in. He said nothing was wrong with them, and sent them back, only they never showed up. Doug told me it was "suspicious" that they were missing. He was inferring that I took them and was commiting fraud. In the end, he said I could take a used set or a partial refund. I was fed up by this time and just wanted my money back, but he insisted on shorting me $125., even though he shipped them insured UPS. I'll never deal with him again.

We paid shipping 3 times over this and shipped you coils for free (we paid for the coils also after Eibach told us there was not a problem with the coils we sent back to them). There where never any signs the coils would cause a problem acording to Eibach and I have to agree with them they are the experts. I will also add we have never had a single problem with ANY other set we have sold in 5 years.
Another set of coilovers were delivered to your address and came up missing; after that you chose to accept the refund we agreed on instead of us shipping you another set of coilovers? Looking at your post's here it is aparent you already had another set of coilover's on your truck.
I am not sure there is any other company out there that would go as far as we did on this. You will learn this in time I am sure....
You can't threaten every company like you did all along with us and expect they will do whatever you want to avoid a post on an online forum if your demands are unreasonable.

#145 Wow, your offended? Why? You kept my $125.00 and collected from UPS on the lost package you accused me of stealing. Your right about one thing-I did learn some things through my unpleasant dealings with your company. First, the coils were bowing because even though I told you before ordering that my truck had a 90lb front bumper, the spring rate you recommended was too light. The lesson there was that you don't know enough about your own applications to sell me the right parts in the 1st place. The second thing I learned is how bad your customer service is when trying to correct a situation that you caused yourselves. I did tell you I would post up when you decided to keep $125. of my money, and that's what I did. As a matter of fact, I came back to this thread for a link to post in a Yotatech thread asking for feedback on your products. Your response is a good example of the attitude folks can expect.
