Window glass clip

A few weeks ago someone broke my window to try to steal my stereo. I ordered glass from cardoorglass.com . Seems like a good deal. Problem is, the little plastic peices that are ususally glued to to window and bolted to the window regulator got broken and new ones didn't come with the glass. Does anyone know where I might find some of those?

He's asking where to find the little pieces from the window regulator, so my guess would be the door window

Try a wrecking yard/pick and pull...

Yeah, that's probably a sure thing but if they're as brittle as mine were then I'd rather make my own. I think I'll draw them up and make them out of aluminum if I can't just buy some new ones. If i come up with anything I'll post up some dimensions. But If I can just buy some then that would save me the time.

You will have to make your own. They are glued to the factory glass, there isn't really any way to get them off. That aftermarket company might be able to get them for you, or you could make your own.

I'm at work and it's slow so I'm drawing up some on Autocad as we speak. I don't have any dimensions yet, but I'm drawing a prt that allows me to clamp them onto the glass instead of glueing them on. If I can keep it simple I may be able to use a mill at a shop in town and build some up. Here's what I'm thinking.

I will do it. I'm actually going to make them out of one piece of aluminum and just glue them on like the original ones. All I have to work with is a band saw and a drill press but that should be fine. I wish I had a CNC mill.
