So I need to mount a few more gauges in my truck now, air pressure, 2nd bat voltage, oil pressure. Wondering where I could do a clean install, I don't want things to look half assed.

Started with some scrap aluminum..Cut the holes in it for the gauges, painted it, mounted gauges..Took me ~30 minutes~ or so, I thought it turned out alright.

good stuff, any others? I'm on the fence about the a-pillar pods, might be tough to run a airline up for the pressure gauge, we'll have to see.

/\ /\ /\ holy orange air-vents...

original I must say

I like this thread; I'd like to see some good and unique aideas as well, cause I'm about to be installing gauges as well. I'm liking the pillar-mounted 3 gauge pod, but I'd like 1 more; I'd like to install a Temp, Oil Pressure, Voltage, and an Air-Fuel Ratio gauge, but I could probably live without the last...

why can't things be as simple as they were with my Monte Carlo, lol

can hardly even notice the aftermaret tach I installed...

good enough to keep an eye on what was under the hood...

hahaha, kind of off topic, but I have a funny story about mis-labled cans of paint from my middle school days...

we use to hold these pep rally's, and most of them time I would go to them (sometimes I would just skip it and leave early). One time I thought I'd go and be all school spirited and try to make my spiked hair orange with this spray paint made for temporarily coloring your hair. Our school colors were orange and black, so a buddy of mine had some orange and black paint. Well he busted out the cans, and I went straight for the orange can, popped the cap off and began spraying... well, the *^$# dried PINK...

lol, good times...
