31's, no bigger with 4.10's . You might need to hammer down the pinch welds like i did to my 89, it would occasionally buzz off road. Could have been my bent frame from jumping it. Welcome!

I sold the RED one and the GRAY one. The gray one pictured is now flat black Rustoleum.

yea but SP does not have their own site so you either get appleton or wausau but I am buying a 91 4runner for parts this weekend for $250 and i will see if there is a brush guard on it. I did not see it cause it is an hour and a half away but it has the parts i need and who can pass up a whole truck without a engine for 250.

looks good just remeber when you go muddin always!!!! clean under your truck really good that will keep it from rusting out make it a habit its a good one to have its cool to show off the mud but its not cool to have to fix frame rot and body rust

I just got a rust free passenger door, and am getting ready to get mine painted, this is the exact look i am going for, but with a guterless mounted light bar with 5 hella 500's on the top. I love the stance of that and I am not a huge fan of chrome rims but yours look real fitting.

Well thank you

Pretty much all the chrome will be going away soon. I'm going to install a black MC front and rear bumber, and ditch those lights on the front for some Hella's as well. Technically the rims are polished aluminum, but I catch your drift I wanted black at first, but I got a deal on these ($350 with the ProComp AT's mounted to them), and I jumped on it. I also photoshopped the wheels black a while ago, and it really doesn't look all that great...

My frame is coated with stuff almost like spray on bedliner it seems and that stops the rust.

how much lift can you safely get out of cranking the t bars? What about the 1.5" spacers or both?

cranking the Tbars is not really worth you might get about 1in of lift but your ride will suffer it will be a rough ride the ball joint spacers are not worth it in my opion yea if you did all that you would get 2.5in of lift but its not good for your suspension if you want to get that much lift you might as well get a body lift of 2in if you get 31s any tire change will raise the truck a bit it wont be much but it might be like an inch. if you crank the Tbars there is a chance you could break them ive seen it on here before where that happend so be careful and if you do want to crank the Tbars jack the front of the truck up first to get the weight off them

the best advice i can give is plan plan plan..and dont impulse buy truck parts cause your gonna wish you got something else next week. decide what the truck needs to be and do.. build accordingly
