Exclamation Vacum Hose Goes WHERE!?!?!

Ok, I think why my Runner is kinda lunging when I hit like 40 is beacuse I have a missing vacum hose. It is on top of the intake, facing the cab, all by itself, not inline with other hoses. BUT the problem is...I have looked for hours and can not find where the other end goes. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...a GOOD diagram would work, the one on the hood is not readable to me. lol.....

Does anyone know where I can find a good picture diagram or something to help me out? I am really learning to fix this by the seat of my pants here and trial and error.

do you have the 3.0? there are three vacuum lines running from the top of my throttle body. two of them go to the egr modulator and the third goes to the tvv( back top of engine near where the fuel supply line connects to the passenger side fuel rail. there is a fourth vacuum port( i guess) by the other three on the throttle body, but on my truck(5 spd) this port is capped off. i can't find any reference to this port in my factory manual. i assumed it was for automatics or something else that my truck doesn't have. the three that are connected all point to the passenger side of the vehicle. the fourth points to the cab and as i stated is capped off. none of my diagrams show this port, including the one under the hood. i would love to include a picture of that diagram, but all of my picture files are apparently too large to upload to this site(wtf?!!!). if there is no cap on it and we are talking about the same port, i would maybe try capping it off. is your check engine light on? mine is but i really don't think this is my problem. sry i couldn't help more.

Post a picture for us. I have a bunch of pictures from when I took my intake off. Show me which one and I will post the right picture from my truck.

It's capped on every 3.0 I've ever seen. Seen dozens upon dozens at the local yard and not one was connected to anything, maybe it's a Cali Emissions thing.
