Turn signal bulb or something else? Blinker issue, video inside
This is an issue that just developed a few days ago, but whenever my running lights or headlights are on, my left blinker indicator stays solid. If I try to turn on my hazards, both stay solid. The right turn signal works fine but the left is unresponsive and stays solid unless I turn the running lights off. With the lights off it works, but for some reason the running lights come on (dash and climate control). Here is a video I took trying to show my issue:

Is it the bulb or another issue? I've never had a Toyota do this before.

:wabbit2: I would bet you have a bad ground and it is grounding back through that circuit.
Clean all the sockets with a good electrical cleaner look at the bulbs on the left side. Clean the bulbs as well.
I would start in the back and if that does not fix it look at the front turn signal.

Well after looking it over for a bit I finally figured it out. It turns out the previous owner had installed one of those U-Haul taillight modules into the taillights and it must've had a shorted ground because it was causing all kinds of issues with my brake and turn signal bulbs on the left side. I removed it and all was well. The PO tucked it away really good underneath so I didn't notice it at first.
