Toyota part number finder and truck info
ToyoDiy is a rad website. You can enter your VIN to find factory info about your chassis, and you can search for actual Toyota part number specific to your chassis, and it shows you retail prices on parts. Basically, keep your dealer honest...

This is a better Toyota parts website with parts diagrams down to the bolt part numbers! Happy hunting

Thanks for posting! BIG help when looking for p/n's. I don't suppose you know of any source where I could find original(ish) CAD drawings of our trucks? (wishful thinking)

I'll have to check that site out when I get more time.
I've been searching for specific parts for my truck the same way at http://www.midatlantictoyotaparts.com/ Then I can look for a better price using that part number. If I want to use an aftermarket part I can still use the factory part number as a cross reference over at rockauto.com and finish by looking up the part at the aftermarket suppliers site to make sure the part numbers are the same.
Honest dealer prices...
What's the word I'm looking for?
Oh yes, it's - Oxymoron!
