i had changed the cv boots on the pass side about a year ago using ones from napa. i have already ripped it after the lift i bet the napa ones are different shaped.. the drivers side boots are original and they didnt rip. i took everything apart at hub and lifted the inner boot to peer inside. i pushed in the axle shaft at the hub and the joint slides in all the way easily

how about you de-crank the torsions dude.....needs to be dropped down a bit. those angles are too much to be driving on all the time.

its not the angle, the cv is popped out of the joint. the boot SHOULD NOT look like the ones in the circled pic. you need to pop the joints back together.

ive got a one inch diff drop and manual hubs. the cv is not popped out of the joint. i took off the hubs and axle retaining clip and pushed in the axle shaft, i pulled the inner boot and saw the joint wasnt popped out

rim to fender height was 17 inches. ive got a 3 inch body lift so that means it was at 14 inches stock and i just stuck in the spacers didnt touch the torsions on pass side but cranked the drivers side half an inch

One thing you could try is to remove that drivers side cv axle and then see how your suspension is affected. If it sits normally then, you would know the problem is with that axle, if it still sits wonky, then you know you are chasing something else.

Sounds like you cranked the drivers side torsion bar and that side now sits too high, you may have simply found the limit for the angle of that axle. Just a thought.
