The same happened to me when I replaced the rancho I had before the recall with a procomp after the recall. The nut wasn't hitting but the threads from the bolt was so I cut off the the minimum amount of threads and now there is no problem.

I won't be able to cut any threads off cause there's not much left after the nut is on. I forgot to mention that who ever did the work at the dealership stripped the threads off the mounting bolt and the castle nut. So I either have to get a new bolt or buy a new Stabilizer with the bolt as a kit.
I'm wondering what brand of stabilizer could just bolt up and be fine after the recall??

You may be able to turn the bolt around so the head is where the nut is now.

Mine did the same thing. I just ground down the bolt head.. I only had to take maybe 3/16" off. THere's still plenty of bolt head left.

No, this bolt is a specialty piece of hardware because the stabilizer bushing rests on a smooth surface and the diameter is bigger then the diameter of the threads. In short the bolt can only go one way.
