So it is winter time.
And my fan stopped blowing.
Know what this means?
Mikie is freezing on the drive to work...
Anyways....
A couple weeks ago, I had the batter replaced, all the wires re-done... Radio didn't work when I picked it up... No biggie, just a 15a fuse...
Now a couple weeks later the vents are not working.
Now, the guy that had this before me had an alarm system installed... dunno why. It has been acting up a lot. The alarm doesn't even work, only the start bypasses and such.
A lot of times, the alarm will be going off, so I'll have to stop the truck, turn it off, start it again, and it turns off.
Anyways.
Guesses as to the problem?

id say you have a short somewhere, causing your alarm to keep going off at random times, and did you check your fuses to make sure thats not why your blower quit?

sounds like its time to bust out the ol' multimeter and play some cat and mouse!
I would guess (and I am usually wrong mind you) that you are having some bad grounding issues. a bad ground or one that does not always make complete contact can create all kinds of strange issues.
like I said. I am usually wrong which is why I bought a multimeter that beeps at me.... make me feel like I am actually doing something...
