hi guys, i have a 94 4runner with a 3.0 5spd, and im curious what rpm your engine revs at when in 5th gear going 65mph. mine is at 3,000rpms at 65 in 5th gear, and that just seems a little high to me. im not sure what my gear ratio is to my diffs. but i do know i am running 235/75r15 tires.

Its been along time since my veezees been on the high way, but that does sound right. You could always step up to a 31" tire with no modifications.

Also, you can look up what your gears are by the tag on the inside of the drivers door, assuming that they have never been changed.

My 3.0/auto/4.88 is about 3250 at 72 mph. 2800 at 65.
