Rattleing under the runner

Whats up guys I have noticed a loud rattle coming from the driver side under my runner it has new axles so I hope thats not it. The sounds starts when I am brakeing at 20 to 10 just then an no othere times. The truck runs fine trans shifts great engine run's good so I have no idea.

Also I have 31 procomp x terran tires when stoping I can feel every nob in the tire LOL untill stoped could this cause any problems.

Sorry my runner is a 95 3.0 auto

check the welds on your exhaust there could be something loose and also tighten the bolts on the exhaust manifold. if its not that han i dont know or your converter might need to be replaced
