Questions. Questions. Questions.

I just got my runner on Nov 6th i love it great riding truck but i have some questions.

1995 4runner SR5 3.0
Engine: 3vz-E

There is a cd player in it now but its a POS. now how do i get the dash off to replace it?

How can i figure out what kind of gear ratio i have? and which gear ratio is the best from stock.

Is it easy or hard to get to the oil filter to change the oil in it?

and the most important question where do i put the Seafoam in? lol I dont wanna put it in the wrong hose and hydro seize it.

Here's a Seafoam video. I would search on everything else. You'll probably find more than you thought on everything else.

The oil filter is easy to get to if you have thin arms. Its on the drivers side of the engine. Some people will remove the tire and splash gaurd.
As far as gear ratio, what size tires do you have and do they match the spare and what do the rims look like and is it auto or 5-speed?

To remove the dash to get to the cd player:

1st- remove dish around ignition
2nd- loosen bolts on panel under the steering wheel ( speaker and hood release it attached to it)
3rd- remove all bolts that hold the glovebox on
4th- pull out the center dash peice and carfully unplug the cig lighter, ashtray light and the clock.

Now you can unbolt the brackets holding the deck in.

Its quite easy, I can take mine apart fully in about 10 mins.
