procomp shock question (help)
I have an 87 pickup and 1.5" bj spacers with the torsion bars lightly cranked with no swaybar in the front.
I bought a pair of mx-6046 shocks says 2-3" of lift and i'm having a bitch of a time getting them in.
did i happen to get shocks that were too long for my lift or am i just a retard at getting the shocks in my truck?

Yes, your shocks are too long for your application. You need shocks for 0-2" of lift. Your suspension still compresses to the stock location, so you need a shock that compresses enough. Your 2-3" of lift will not allow that.

ah another lower mainlander.
well that's no good... took b&j's 4 weeks to get these in, and i seized a shock yesterday...
i suppose i should've ordered the mx 6044's for 0-1" lift instead of the mx 6046's...
