My manifold gasket will be replaced this weekend with the stock type (it sounds like an old tractor right now due to the leak). Thanks for the info, i wouldnt have thought to use RTV there.

So I fixed the leak. Most people ditched the EGR but since I kept it I had to make it work with the header. First off all the bolt holes did not line up for the EGR intake tube and the header, so I made a hole a little higher in the EGR intake tube found the right size bolt for the header, gobbed on the high temp RTV and no more leak!
