O2 sensor cable routing

O2 sensor cable routing
Hello,
I am finishing up a complete drivetrain rebuild on my 89 X-cab 4x4 truck, 3.0L V6, manual tranny. I have forgotten how to route the o2 sensor cable across the transfer case crossmember. Spent an hour trying different routing and can't seem to get it right.
Does the o2 cable route in front or behind the transfercase to crossmember mount?
There is a metal cable mount on the cable that has a hole large enough for a trasfercase assembly bolt to fit through. Can someone describe were this goes? A picture would be awsome.
Thank you for the help
