All kidding aside, I don't think you have a problem at all. Just don't answer the phone when you no it is them, and they will go away. I think they think you are stupid, and just might give them back there money. Little do they no that you are alot smarter then they are, and will not bend there way. Just tell them when they call again, HAVE A NICE DAY, THINK, AND BE HAPPY.....

Totally Suck's! That kid is a TOOL! Parents must be a couple of uneducated Tool's as well. A kid your age shouldn't have to deal with this crap. You have more important things to be worrying about like, drinkin, party'ing and hookin up with all the young honey's.

I think the parents think they can bully you into submission. Don't let them. Tell the kid your gonna beat him down if he doesn't get off your back and get his parents off your back, screw the court system. And if you think you need help just bring a couple friends. Sometimes you need to stand your ground. Time to goto the Matresses! Make sure to tell them to watch thier back or they might wake up with a horse head laying next to them.

What about the truck here in town they were going to change the rear diff fluid and drained it but couldn't get the fill plug out and just put the drain plug back in and said done?

I'd tell them to kiss my shiny white ass and save all the messages and text messages you get. It's not your fault that the kid is getting tires when he can't even afford them and that he took them to a crappy shop to get them mounted. I know Pep Boys usually refuses to mount other/used tires but they shouldn't be working on vehicles as it is. I wouldn't be nice at all unless I knowingly sold the tires with defect and lied about it, but I wouldn't do that and it sounds like you didn't either, so bring on the war! It's a set of used friggen tires for christ sake lol.

since its on craigslist you should be able to log into your account and see the cancelled ad and copy and paste it or save it somewhere for evidence.
