Dealer. Or find a used door setup and see if you can just buy that little plastic clip.

I take it you've figured out how to open the door?

sigh, what has that truck ever done to her to make her hate it so much? *weeping quietly inside* of course u could always use that as an excuse to do a complete remodel. tell her shes right and since its so old ur going to put in a new engine, full new body work, new audio system, yada yada yada, the whole works. or u could tell her ur going to buy a brand new truck. lol. work it.

You just have to pay attention & don't go all bull in a china shop with it lol I don't know about Toyota, but most vehicles window cranks have a little clip that keeps the crank from pulling off, just remove the clip & they slide right off. Just about any retainer is going to be the same - screw, clip, plastic stud, bolt etc. If you pull gently & it hangs in a certain area, relax the pressure & see why, it's bound to be one of those things.
