Never thought to use tacoma flairs on a 4 runner. looks like good starting point. Do you know what has been done to it other than the obvious (snorkle, flairs, ect)

yeah im on XOC, and ClubXterra, ive done some serious wheeling in my X, im jealous of your locker mr 80 more hp than me. have you wheeled that OR?
i can get some pics of the snorkel its juat pvc pipe, 2 90 degree elbows one in the fender, and one on top the cab, i guess it was just heated and bent, other than the obvious, the exhaust was cut off right behind the cat, this is what im learning to weld on, i got a muffler off a 95, and some extra pipe, my goal in the next 2 weeks is to successfully weld this muffler and pipe on before i go camping/wheeling memorial weekend

No but here is another pic, and how i did it . . .
Used 2 1/4in pvc and heated it to get it to bend. Kind of an art, heat it too much and it wants to collapse. Then used door edge molding to cover up where I cut through the fender. The PVC takes a 45 deg turn inside the fender into the side of the airbox.
