Yes sir, actually just turned 47 on the 9th of Dec (and at times felling like I'm 57!). I've been having my 'truck mid-life crisis' since about 1992! lol

I also have a 3in body lift, this is why I'm thinking the 35s to fill in some space and make it only a few more inches higher otherwise, me or my wife won't get up into it, I'm only 5ft 3in and she is only 5ft...lol...

When I talked to Dylan at ToyTech Lifts, he said that it wasn't required for the 2nd gens and was pretty sure it was needed for the 1st gens but, not too sure about the 3rd gens and older.

Ive always heard youve gotta get a drop if you lift a runner. I know people do it with the land cruiser coil lifts but im not sure about the OME 900s.

Does your rear wheels stick out further on one side then the other?

Hmmm...good question. From looking at from the rear I can't tell. Now I'm going to have to go out and measure them.

Thanks man....you know my wife really doesn't get that. Although she does admit that when we get into some else's car, she thinks we are sitting on the ground and can't wait to get back into the toy.

Yeah you know what buddy, you are right. My right tire sticks out .5in further than my left. The left side measures 14.5in (I measures from the frame to the outside of the tire) and the right measures 15in. This will explain why it 'looks' centred to the naked eye. When I drive, I don't have any kind of wobbling or shimming going on. Do you think that by putting on the panhard drop it will make up that .5in ? I'm not trying to be a smartass here, I'm asking the question because I was told that I didn't need one.

I know your not trying to be a smartass haha. Im not trying to tell you whats right either. Im just wondering because ive heard it both ways.

If you dont have any wobbling or goofy stuff going on id leave it, I think if you were to get the drop, it would move it over more then .5in. My runner stock has the passenger rear tire out a little more then the driver side but im not worried.
