Installed Zuk Mod.. :)

Did a 14" 125 pound weldless Zuk mod in the rear and a 1.5" bj spacer lift in the front, actually had to relax the front a couple cranks after it cuz the shocks are so short.. I'm actually pleasantly surprised how well and soft it rides and handles now.. Still gotta shim up the upper bumpstop about half an inch and get longer shocks eventually, for both front and back, but it rides SOO much better than before, and for cheap..

Dont really have any good before pics, as I got the new tires the same time I got the lift and the fact that i forgot to take some right before, but these will do.. Had about 2 and a half inches from the bumpstop, made for a really harsh ride, even on the street, and for the front the only way to get a decent ride was with the torsions bars decranked and with the arms practically parallel to the frame and ground.. The tires in the back were 235/75's and in the front were 235/70's, and the new ones are 31x10.5 wrangler authoritiy a/t's, for comparison.. Got a couple flex shots as well, again, the shocks still limited the droop but it gives you a good idea, have about the same amount of flex as before, might get more droop with longer shocks, idk yet, but when the coil compresses it keeps the leaf from going up as much as it could..

before..

And heres after..

And the flex shots

Didnt feel the need to.. Its in there extremely tight anyway, I didnt flare them out at all, and to get them out youd have to wrestle with it and twist it out from the top with the axle dropped and shocks disconnected

And even if they ever were to somehow fall out, it wouldnt prevent it from being driven back home and could probably be fixed on the
trail..

I've got mine mounted that same way. No troubles yet.

Zuk has been asking me to get the photos up, but just haven't been able to yet. Want to really test the flex out on it with a fork lift or something that can really give me a good lift, but just haven't taken the time yet.

Yeah, I havent had any problems yet, they make some noise but so does every other part of the truck, esp those poly bushings in the mornings.. But after I got my tools and spare and stuff in the back, well over a hundred pounds, it lowered bout quarter of an inch and made the ride even more plush.. I think it would flex fairly well with some longer shocks, the coil stuffage really is about the same length as where the bump stop would be stopping it at now that I look at it more..

Theres a ramp kinda hill off a trail I go to that I used, if I had a fork lift I would love to try that with my shocks disconnected but since that's not an option I'll have to figure out another way..
