Idle Issue 3vze (Video)
Hello everyone. My automatic 3vze has new heads/valves/springs, new Oem gaskets, plugs, wires, coil, timing belt (timing marks are on I've checked several times), fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator, tps (adjusted) and a few other new items I'm sure I missed. The MAF gate seems to be operating fine and I checked it with Multimeter and it looks good. My throttle body is clean and coolant is passing through. No CEL. EGR and PAIR are removed too. Drives well other than an Idle surge that I will provide a video link to. In the video the truck is in gear and I have my foot on the brake. Seems like there’s an intermittent miss e and then the idle starts to lope. In the video the surge is pretty intermittent but when driving the surge is much more constant but only when coasting / stopping / stopped. When it's really bad it sort of lopes like a car with massive cams. Any amount of throttle make the surge go away. Once in a while while on the throttle it seems to cut power for a millisecond. When I come to a stoplight I usually have to gas it a little to keep it from stalling. I can't find any vacuum leaks I've been spraying it with starter fluid for two days.
VIDEO: (you'll notice it at 12 seconds and at 21 seconds and the the very end)

UPDATE:
Just kidding... found a vacuum leak somewhere under passenger side of plenum. ... so I guess either the plenum gasket or the passenger side manifold gasket. Im praying it's just the plenum. Will try and fix and I'll post another update with what happens.

In a more obvious place than I'd like to admit.... the bolt that holds the bracket that hold the EGR modulator to the plenum cant be left out as it actually goes all the way through the wall of the plenum. Took my EGR system out and forgot to put that bolt back in.

That was going to be my guess when you said you deleted it. Common mistake.
