gas does freeze, it's the water residue in the gas that freezes

Then you need to switch gas stations

Side note: all those "gas drier" additives at the local parts store that you can dump in your gas tank to remove water . . . the main ingredient is alcohol, the same type that is already added (up to 10%) to the gas we buy at the pump.

Nothing near the OP, though. I wish we could get fuel sans ethanol nationwide...

Wow, 28 stations in OK City sell pure gas. I do have an easy time finding it here. Poor Colorado, only one station in all of Denver, and only 8 in the whole state.

ethanol free gas stations for your navi

POI-Factory has a file that you can download and then install into your navi (I use Garmins POI Loader which is free from their site).

Another factor I think everyone is forgetting about is your cold start injector. Which injects fuel into the intake manifold for quicker start ups. They may get stuck open for long periods of time do to cold operating temps.

Just my 2 cents

Oh really. they didn't used to. The ones around me in Edmond aren't listed in that site either. I'll have to look at them next time, I quit going to Sams or Walmart a many years ago because of the E10.
