HELP Yall

Ok i have a 92 P/u 22RE that ive had problems with since i got it. It'll run good for about 20-30 miles then it'll start missing as it revs out past 2500rpm. I've brought it to 3 local shops and all of them hooked them up to the diagnostic machine an it hasnt came up with any codes. here are parts I've replace or that have been checked out
-Computer (Repaced with a good one, same problem)
-Mass Air Flow Sensor (Re-man unit)
-Ignitor
-Fuel Pump
-All Filters
-Cap& rotor, plugs, wires
-All wiring has been gone over, the motor in the truck had obviously been replaced, and goiong by the #on the block, it looks like an 88 model
We hooked up a fuel pressure gauge an drove it till the problem came up. While its missing, fuel pressure drops to 7lbs.
Another quirk- you can turn off the igniton an turn it back on an drive it for another 5-10 min no problems. Ive ran out of money an patience so any suggestions will help

personally, what i would do is take the head apart and see if theres anything wrong. thats not normal... maybe for a ford or something, but not a 22re. also might want to get your transmission checked.. thats all i can think of...
