Help me Identify this...

I need to know what goes in there, color, what to where? where to what? Bought the truck like that, first yota truck also, clueless... so help guys, i know for sure my signal lights don't work, if i can get that to work, then i can be on the road no problems.

thanx in advance

oh yeah... forgot to mention, it's an 87 4x4 yota truck, last owner changed the dash and cluster also.

I believe only certain connectors will fit in those, if anything even goes in those. Looks like you're missing a few fuses as well?

It should only fit on one of the male connections. Look at the terminals on the plug and match it up with the terminals on the fuse box. It might be that they wont fit up at all if the cluster was changed but I don't know for sure.

Remove the mounting bolt(s) and look at the back of the fuse box. That may tell you if they are even wired/needed. If you have the lid, that should tell you what the fuses are for. Trace the wires on the back of the box.

Here's what's in my '87 4Runner:



The black device is the turn signal flasher, the silver can to its right is the taillight relay, and the silver can below it is the EFI main relay. Yours must be carbureted, so this would empty on yours.

This is the fuse cover, showing what the fuses go where:



The numbers are 81980-16010 on the T/S flasher and 90987-01003 on the taillight relay:
