I have a 93' pickup and need help figuring out what hella part # I need to order. Also what are the differences between some of these?

I have the Hellas E Code housings, #003427811. I'm using H4 HID's from DDMTuning.com, in 35w with 5000k color. I could not be more pleased with my headlights.

They seam to be selling the incorrect housings for the us market (ece) They drive on the wrong side of the road in europe so the light pattern is different than the hella # 3427291 (for usa market) which use a 9003 bulb.
