Fuel leak near tank.

Well the right part would have steel fuel line pressed in to it which I aint gonna find at Lowes. This part screws in and seals perfectly. And at some point I'd have to convert the hard line to hose anyway because the fuel filter is connected with hose as the hard line down there has rusted away. All I'd be doing at this point would be replacing about 3ft of rusty hard line with hose.

ya cut the broken pipe with a pipe cutter and use high pressure fuel line and clamp it and forget.. you should have no problem with your fuel pressure..
you shouls get the seal stuff you put in the inside of the tank if you dont plan on buying a new tank, and then spray the outside with bedliner stuff...

So I'm looking for a replacement and they are all listed as 14 gallons for the '91. I must have a 17 in mine because I've put over 14 gallons in there before. Maybe this is why I cant find a fuel pump bracket and breather that matches mine.

No, the tank is in great shape. There is a rubber coating all over the outside that barely has a mark on it. There is no rusting at all. Inside is nice except for some sediment.
Cant find a diagram or picture that matches this pump bracket though. It has 2 pipes rather than 3 but they face opposite directions. All the drawings I've seen have two pipes that run parallel to each other.

What are the two pipes for? On the three pipe bracket one is the out, one is the bypass from the fuel regulator, and the other is the breather that goes to the charcoal can up front. On the 2 pipe bracket is it just an IN and an OUT?
You could tell by where the second pipe outlet is on the bracket. Is the opening at the bottom of the backet or the top?
