ATP4984

I have a 93 4Runner and rear-ended this lady today. I destroyed my turn signals and the black plastic portion of the bumper (beneath the chrome bumper). I had no trouble finding new turn signals but can't find a replacement for the plastic part.

What is its name, or what sort of keyword should I be using to find one? I tried fender, and bumper, and neither brought up anything.

Thanks, God bless ebay. I've bought all the parts I need for less than $100. Even got the clear turn signals, which will look sweet with my LEDs.
