Ever seen a 1st gen grill on a 3rd gen!?

anybody know if it lines up perfect or just clips in?

i found a picture of a guy that did it.

He's sellin his truck on the portlands craigs!

nice truck though!

Comes with mad parts and a welder!?

I have been thinking about doing this or an early taco grill. Just to change things up, and i know people so i can get them cheap

You know i saw a guy on the trail with a 1st gen 4runner
with like an 04 taco grill. it looked pretty sweet!

which read

I saw this in an issue of Perterson 4Wheel and Off Road. It was hard to see as it was a side shot but it was definitely a first gen grill I wouldn't mind doin' this if I hadn't just bought a brand new grill for mine
