Your getting a Code 24 and a Code32.It is probably your VAF(Volume Air flow). I would get some cleaner and give it a good cleaning.http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...33volumeai.pdf
I would search VAF here to see the do's and don't.Make sure you undo the connection by prying off the thin steel wire that secures the plug. What ever you do DON"T unscrew the two screws on the plug. Also check the link I gave you on the codes. While you are at it replace your air cleaner.

i guess i don't have to wait until tomorrow to check the codes, as i was about to leave the house, i started the engine and as before, rpms drop, engine struggles to maintain idle speed, and shuts off. Checked the codes and still getting the same codes 24 and 32. I guess i have it narrowed down to the vaf, will be looking to replace it.

Maybe it is just the sensor. Did you check the resistance on the sensor?

It appears vafm was bad, i replaced it with another one, reset the computer, drove it around for a while and i am no longer getting any stumbling engine issues or loss of power. I checked the diagnositic codes and I am getting just the flashing cel. So if any of you guys who have the 3.0 and run into a similiar probelm and get codes 32 and 24 it is more than likely the vafm. Thanks a lot pete_f for the help.
