Probably not what you want to hear(or really any help), but if you're stuck with a locked rear end, mabey you should pull the 3rd, and swap in you old one.
Figure out the e-locker on the bench before you need to drive on it anymore. this is of course provided you don't have the 8.4" TRD rear end

I had thought abou that but i rather just spend a full day getting it going. I may pull it out and bench test it and get it working so i can put it back in with the harnes. Projects are stacking up and im moving soon so id like to just get it working. I have a 2nd car but cant drive it in the snow and from what i hear were going to be getting some this week.
