does anybody have any pics of a marlin crawler rear bumper on their 2nd gen 4runner??? i've seen em on lots of pickups, but the pickup has a different design of body behind the rear tire doesnt it??

like the part where the marlin side guards are???..i dont want the marlin bumper to look weird on it..i want it to be sucked up close to the body to gain ground clearance..lol

i checked out the Q-forms..and i think i'll be ok with just cuttin the door panels..lmao..it wont hurt my feelings one bit..i might grab the door panels off of another SR5 4runner in the local yard and cut them up though..lol "measure twice, cut once"

thanks alot Lumpy..lmao you should hate me! hahaha i couldnt believe the price either..which is why i HAD TO HAVE IT!!...my grandparents dont see why i needed another vehicle..especially one that doesn't run, but by the time i get the motor rebuilt in her..they'll know why hahahah

now that the runner is off of the trailer..i can REALLY notice the rear sag...everything still clears fine..it just doesn't look good to me all of the coil spring spacers i've found are 2" or more and i dont think i need 2"..i dont want it to be too tall..just about even..and i dont wanna lower the front

thats with a full tank of gas also

nothing in the back though..

Just get the 2'' spacers and see how it looks. Then go from there lol. Its good to have a little rear end rake.

thats what i kinda started thinking..if the spacer is a little bit too much..then i could give the torsions a crank or two to give it a more level look..i dont wanna lose any lift at all really..lol as eventually this rig will be on some 35's with a 3.4 and some 5.29's..

grrr..i was hoping i wouldn't need the 2"..o well

i'll add em to the list..

of course i needa start saving up for the motor rebuild..then after that..start saving up for new wheels and tires and maybe gears (if i go 35's)..needin some bling on the runner..im thinkin KMC XD Diesel's in an 18x9..or maybe some KMC XD Hoss's..lol muther effer..decisions decisions..lmao

well i know that to actually fix the sag i need new coils in the rear...but i have NO clue on which coils would be the best (as in junkyard coils..Cruisers maybe?) I'll search in a just a min to ind out for sure lol

and i think I'll end up getting new shocks..because one..it'll need em when i fix the sag for the rear at least..and why skimp out and just do the rear ya kno..
so I'll probably go with some rancho's all the way around..not pricey at all and still a decent shock

Grab some LC Coils that will lift you about 4" from where you are now. Mine was so saggy I got almost 5" out of it.

but most people get cruiser coils to compliment a BJ spacer lift..

i have a good 3inches of lift on BJ spacers..

i figured cruiser coils would make it sag even more????..

of course im new to 2nd gen 4runners so i dont know alot..LOL
