Door Handle

I have never really payed attention to this detail but someone asked me the other day and its bin bothering me.Do all 2 door 4runners have two handles on the inside?i didn't notice till after a month of owning my truck. I love the old toyotas while everyone i know drives domestics so i have nothing to compare too?its a bit of a silly question
