Pretty sure every 20, 22R, RE and RET cam is the same...

pretty sure... I go check now...

well, pecker-wood Chilton's doesn't even list the RET in their manual... :-/

Ya, I got a Haynes and it has JUST enough info to keep me from throwing it out in disgust, ie torque patterns and values.
He mentions a 261 cam, I put the smallest Comp- 252 in mine I wanted to update the cam- Comp hasn't updated to 22re specs because it's ground for the 22r, - I'm not saying anything bigger won't work but I had a bad experiance with another vehicle where the MAP/ecm did NOT like the cam and I didn't have any tuning capabilty to compensate- lots of power but the idle was crap.
