any makers on Carb manifold for the 3.slow
at almost 160k miles on my 3.0 slow i've come into my first major issue. seems that cylinder number 6 is dead. i'm thinking either it's a valve issue or piston hole/rings or what not has happened. this is the first time i've actually had to do any real work on the engine. so far tonight i've taken off the top half of the intake manifold and countless vac hoses. Let me tell you what a pain in the a$$ that was. So after the whole mess was taken apart, i was looking at the setup and thought this motor would probably be improved if it had a nice carb setup on it and ported intake manifold, and matched ports. I mean the whole two peace manifold is kind of crappy.Well any how, once i inspect the head for damage and the piston, i'm thinking of going 3.4 =) F the BS.

anything thing i've also started to think about was the clutch fan type system. it has to go, what a pain in the ass that was. i'm going to go with a slim fan type setup.
