i have a little dilemma; after owning my 91 pickup for 7 years and two recent failed engines due to head gaskets and the republic of california wont let me pass smog and cant register it i said balls to it . to hell with them i say
why should i junk my truck thats got over 15k up grades ,
i figure if i buy a 1975 truck and use it a a "donor" cut off all the vin # off my 91 remove everything that says toyota then use the donor vin and use that as my registration put in my chevy 350 boi diesel use the nortcoast engine adapters
and away i roll in ca there is no annual safety inspection ill make the the 91 look old and beat up but will be a perfect sleeper
what do you guys say????
