Unhappy After engine swap only running on front 2 cyl. !!!Need help!!!

1990 Toyota SR5 4x4 with a 22re. Changed out engine, tranny, wiring harness and computer. New engine will only run on front 2 cyl. We've checked spark, compression, fuel, distributor and every thing else I could figure, everything checks out, still only the 2 front cyl will fire and only with starting fluid. After it runs on the first 2 cal, the plenum for the rear 2cyl is cold and condensation the out side. We have tried everything we know. I really don't want to give up on this truck but all I have is a motorcycle and It will be cold here in Indiana soon. Please help!

so what did you checks tell you? How did you check things. Did you reinstall the intake tubing all the way back?

The distributor was off one tooth, now we have spark and in the right order, we found a ground problem with fuel sending unit and fixed that we now have fuel an at the right pressure. We took off the valve cover off to Mack sure the valves were in the right position The back two plugs are black when we pulled them. We check the fuel rail and It was woring fine. It's getting fuel and air and spark it should be starting.
