not many! I have an '89 Toyota 4wd Van and a '93 4runner, not much will swap over.

The manual hubs from the trucks/4runner will swap for sure if you have the automatic hubs on the van. You just need the two washers and two 54mm nuts for each side. Wabfab sells them. Mine has the automatic hubs and I will be swapping to manual hubs as those automatic things are a biotch.

Do you have a van? If so, check out www.toyotavans.net/forum They know just about everything there is to know about these vans.

The trucks and 4Runners share no parts with the van, save for some bolts and screws and fuses and the locking hubs.

ONe more thing I forgot about, the rear is the 7.5" ring gear and will take any lockers that fit the 7.5" IFS.

I wish I had a pile of stock upper and lower a-arms, as it would be cool to find a set of longer arms that would work on the van. I'm pretty sure that the cv axles for the 86-95 IFS will bolt right up in place of the van's cv's in order to also get the longer cv axles. Would be sweet to make a mini LT kit for the van. And no, the arms from the 86-95 IFS will not fit, I already measured. The upper 4wd arm looks more like the arms that are on the Tacomas.

BJ spacers may work on the 2wd van arms, but the 4wd upper arms are a stupid design with the ball joint being part of the arm. To replace the upper ball joint, you have to get a new arm. I've thought of swapping in a 2wd upper but I have heard that they mount differently.

I know a 2rz and a 3rz will bolt up to the manual tranny from those vans. I'm sure you could figure out how to put a 3yec or 4yec in a truck, but I don't know why you would. The 22RE has better power and has a lot of aftermarket support to get even more power.

If my 4yec goes in my van, I'll be looking at putting a 2rz or 3rz in it.

That second van is sweet. Looks like some moon rover or futuristic post WWIII Mad Max barbarian fighting vehicle.

That second van has a 3rz and a third gen 4runner front diff that is a quasi solid axle/ifs.

The front diff and subframe flex as well as it has a-arms.

As for the first one, when's Calvin going to SAS his van? He's had most the parts for awhile now.

Mine gets wheeled too! I've snapped my exhaust in half twice at the dunes now. Haha!

Now I'm a little sorry I didn't buy a van when I had the chance. That's some neat stuff!
