94 3.0 false water pump problem
I was driving home from work today and a belt started squealing really loud, i pulled over and shut it off, looked and no belts are broke, tried to start it back up and wont start, turns over but struggles but wont fire, i pulled it home, got the belts off, alternator and power steering pulleys turn, fan clutch will turn but the pulley behind it wont. Is this the false water pump gone out or do i have another problem. Just trying to figure out what i need to order

The same thing actually happened to me about a week after buying my yota. Mine overheated and would crank, but not turn over. These guys with another yota came over and checked my fuse box. They pulled a pink looking fuse. It's not one of those small fuses, but it's one of those bigger blocky ones. Pull those fuses out and see if any are blown. They happened to have the fuse and replaced it on the spot and mine fired right up. I still had to fix the cooling, but that ended up being a blown thermostat.

That is the fuse box located on the passenger side of the truck. I believe it was the pink/salmon colored one in the photo. It says 30 amp on it.

Its a false waterpump, Easy to replace with a bit of time.
Rockauto has it for $100, But I have found them new for half the price new and used, You just have to look around.
If the bearings have not spun in yours you can rebuild it if you can find the bearings.
Cheaper but not easy.

False water pump? Where do you get these names?
It sounds like the fan bracket http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...67timingbe.pdf, which is (as Punchy suggests) available at RockAuto.
Do not attempt to rebuild it; it is made from cast aluminum just strong enough to do it's job. Once the bearing has been twisted in it (probably your problem), you couldn't possibly fix it (adequately) for less than $100.
Consider replacing the timing belt if you're near the 95,000-since mark; once you've removed the fan bracket, you're halfway there.
