'87 4runner (22re) - Interior electrical power shut down while driving
I was driving my '87 4runner (22re, 5 speed, 4wd) yesterday and suddenly almost all of the electrical power inside the truck shut off. The dash lights, overhead lights, tachometer, clock, radio, power windows, power locks, turn signals & brake lights all stopped working. Meanwhile the headlights, speedometer, fuel gauge and fan/AC were all still working, so it wasn't a dead battery. The engine continued to run fine with seemingly no issues.
When I turned off the car and tried to restart it the starter wasn't getting any power (no clicks) and I was unable to get the engine started.
I'm guessing this is a fuse or relay issue, but having trouble diagnosing what the problem is exactly. Any help would be appreciated.
