I have found the best so far are the E3 plugs. Noticable difference in power and milege. For the 3VZE engine part #E3.48

Say what? In your 3VZ-E? Who gave you/where did you get those? Someone screwed up there, that's for SURE!

NGK V-power, or any spark plugs for the 3VZ-E, are supposed to be pre-gapped to the factory specs of .032".

There's no way that your running any engine on plugs gapped at 0.44. You do realise that's almost 1/2 an inch of gap right? What did you measure that with? Even if you meant .044" you must have some serious ignition upgrades. I cannot believe that you can get away with that on a 3VZ-E with a stock ignition coil and stock-type spark plug wires. So what gives?

NGK G Power. What I used have 1600 miles on them so far no problems, Also I replaced my wires around the same time within 50 miles of the plugs..Getting good spark and power with good economy.

-Wires are also NGKs

yeah, sorry about the gap, it's 0.032 for the 3vze, I posted this on another thread too, oops.... I was thinking of the wifey's honda, put NGK's in that thing too, they were .044's

I'm using NGK G power. Although after reading this thread I think I might switch to V power so I can adjust the gap by about ~.02". Can't do that with the platinum's cause it will bend the tip.

Been up to my elbows all morning pulling sparkplugs out of my recently acquired '95 with a 3VZ-E since I have noticed some hesitation and a serious bucking at 50 MPH (its like somebody's under the car kicking it, but only at 50) Plugs are pretty covered in white stuff (ash?) and the electrode is pretty worn. (they were gapped around .040) getting new wires today as well. Hoping to see some serious improvement in power, mpgs and acceleration. Thanks for the thread- I've been wondering what I could do

Just a heads up those E3 plugs I used only worked for for 8 months..Defently not worth the $$$..I went back to Platnum Autolites..Best plug I have ever used for many many years on all my vehicles..Very forgiving and wont fail
