3vze front cam seal replace - pull cams?
To replace front cam seals on a 3vze, do I have to actually pull the cams out? Or can the seals be slid off the front of the cam and then seated back in after removing the camshaft pulleys?
Actually, now that I'm writing this, I recently did the VC gaskets and it seems like you could do those cam seals without even taking off the Valve covers once you had the pulleys removed. Am I forgetting something?

You dont have to pull the cams but make sure you put oil on the inside of the seal where it rides on the cam so it doesnt burn when you start it up and leak.
Use a tad of RTV on the outside. And clean out the oil really well with a lint free cloth/towel.
