Checked your intake tube or the AFM? I don't think the tps is the problem because it will run without the tps(not very good) but not the afm.
I just went through the same sort of thing. However it turned out to be a bad clogged fuel filter.
Could be water in your gas too check the code 12 post.

my buddy is helpin me troubleshoot the truck and he keeps finding fuel pump. like the fuel pump is not producing enough pressure to start the engine

Sounds similar to a problem I was having. I had fuel pressure and spark but it wouldn't even fire. I could get it to start on starting fluid just by spraying some in the intake but that was it. first thing I checked was the injectors. They weren't opening. Test for voltage to ground at the wiring harnes plug with the key on. Should get close to 12 volts. If nothing start working towards the injector resistor or ignition. (injectors are grounded in ecu when told to fire) . If you get 12 volts then crank it with a noid light in and see if it flashes. thats my 2 cents. Hope it helps
