have you checked that the fuel injectors are getting the signal to fire?
have you checked that the distributor is installed correctly? ...with the rotor pointing at the proper cylinder?

Have you been working on the engine- rebuilding or replacing it? What work's been done on it recently?
Here's the codes breakdown-
2: air flow meter signal: VC or E2 open; VS-E2 or VC-VS shorted
8: intake air temp sensor: THA open or short
11: neutral safety switch is on, or TPS IDL signal is off when diagnostic terminal is shorted.
here's troubleshooting of the AFM: http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/CheapTricks/AFM/index.shtml

scharp- disconnect the battery for a few minutes to clear the codes then put the jumper in and go turn the key to 'on' (don't start it) and see if anything comes up. If it does, then that may be something to worry about.
and yeah, I asked earlier but didn't get an answer and xzraygon brought it back up- have you checked the distributor?

While waiting for that... do you have continuity between E2 and IDL terminals (3rd and 4th from the top) with the TPS installed and the throttle closed?
(those are the ones that will throw the code)
