Weber 34 Setup ?'s

Hi, I just recently purchased a weber 34dgec from webercarbsdirect.com and installed it. Now I'am wondering what to do with the rest of the vaccumn lines and a few other things. For instance their are two lines coming from the distributor which one actually hooks up to the carb? After the ASV and the resonator what does that hookup to? What do I do with the egr vaccumn lines that went into the carb? It calls for a fuel pressure regulator but I have tried two name and the same thing happens. After I drive for awhile I step on the accelerator and as I release it seems to stutter and act weird. Eventually it won't even run with the things on.
Also, my truck even after the new carb still puts out black smoke on startup and the exhaust seems wet. This was the same behavior that happend with the stock carb and that one kept destroying air filters by puking black crap all over them.
Thanks in advance guys, im just a kid trying to learn how to fix things and keep his truck running.
