Seized pistons

I found a 1st generation 22r long block behind my neighbors house in the woods. It appears it has sat for years in the weather. I tore it all down but can't get the pistons out. From what I could tell, it appears that someone stuck a pry bar in one of the cylinders and hammered on it to get the piston out of the cylinder and failed, which makes me think that they let it run hot and seized the engine.

Is there anyway to get them out? Or should I just scrap everything for a decent block? I sprayed PB blaster on it and let is soak then tried to hammer them out but they wouldn't budge. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I think if it's seized that bad, I would discard it. You will probably do irreparable damage if you attempt removal of the pistons more than has been done already. Although it would probably piss me off and make me more curious so I would do everything I could to get them out....

soak and heat them up
bigger hammer.

Of course I wouldn't use that block... but for giggles why not get them out?
